Riyadh is served by King Khalid International Airport (RUH), north of the city. Since January 2025 all six lines of the driverless Riyadh Metro have been open, Blue, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green and Purple, with 85 stations, and Riyadh Public Transport adds buses and rapid-transit routes. Saudi Arabia Railways runs passenger trains on the East Line to Dammam and the North Line to Qurayyat, with economy, business and sleeper cabins.
